Very interesting topic. I completely see this as the next logical step in experience design. As brands migrate from delivering messages to delivering digital services that play on brand meaning combining the web, devices, 3rd party tech (Apple Airplay, Bluetooth, Super Wifi) and our respective social graphs they will deliver value at a very integrated and useful level (or at least so I hope).

Very interesting topic indeed. Good luck guys!
